finally spring days are here

The birds are nesting and our sparkly girl has arrived home from University. Kitties and our terrier on the bed for coffee and sweet moments. books and computers around. The Rainbow girl and her friend are fast asleep after a night volunteering to direct Ragnar race runners and Confirmation dinner. Days lengthening. Grass growing, and my Canuck partner has relocated here. Life has changed again and we are all getting ready for triathlon season, training, swimming, bike riding, and I've begun to run again, slowly taking the steps needed to pursue my 1/2 ironman goal in October.
